Launching a career with OBO: Welcome to our new trainees
On 1 August, it was time to welcome 25 new trainees who began their traineeships with OBO in administration, logistics and the commercial/technical field.
To help them get started, trainees first attended some exciting introduction days. This gave them the opportunity to get to know each other, their trainers and OBO as a company. Our trainee company also introduced itself. Here, trainees have the possibility of running their own company during their own training. The commercial and business trainees work together, planning and organising processes and developing products that they then sell within the company.
OBO offers a total of 17 Ausbildungsberufe . The traineeships are designed to be varied and practice-oriented. Once they complete their traineeships, these job starters can look forward to numerous career prospects in the OBO world.
