Project description

The so-called "Senckenbergturm" (Senckenberg Tower) is being built in Frankfurt-Bockenheim, with two residential and office towers. One of these is Senckenbergturm, also known as 99 West. In 2017, 99 West was sold to the major French bank BNP Paribas Real Estate. It will be used solely as an office tower and stands between the Marriott Tower and the Senckenberg Museum.

The BNP bank will be the main tenant with a 60 per cent share of the total space. The rest of the office spaces will be let to other companies. Food and beverage offerings are planned for the ground floor of Senckenbergturm in Frankfurt.

In addition to 99 West, the residential tower, 140 West and the office building 21 West are being built here, along with the largest childcare centre in Frankfurt. After all these projects are completed, up to 2,500 people will be able to live and work here in this modern urban quarter.

General building information

Senckenbergturm has 26 storeys with a total height of 106 metres. The high-rise building comprises around 27,000 square metres of modern, high-quality rental space.
