Install simply and without complex pulling of cables

Install simply and without pulling cables: The optimised EÜK system from OBO makes it possible. The screed-covered duct system is an ideal underfloor solution for large areas with fixed furnishing plans. For example, it can be used in office and administrative buildings. It offers a high level of flexibility in supplying power from the floor and stands out through a two-part underfloor connection socket, as well as an appropriate two-part duct. This simplifies both the installation of the ducts and the routing of the cables.

Easy to mount and solid

The underfloor ducts and underfloor connection sockets of the EÜK system are mounted directly on the raw concrete. To protect against heat losses and footfall sound, insulation layers are inserted, which surround the duct system completely. Installation in combination with underfloor heating in the screed is also possible. Here, the duct system is below the underfloor heating and is thus completely separate in the insulation layer. The solid EÜK system shows its strengths during the construction phase. The completely closed duct system protects the routed cables and repels footfall, dust and dirt during everyday construction site work.

Ideal access to the installation thanks to two-part draw box

The two-part draw box of the EÜK system offers some clever technical details, which makes daily work on the construction site considerably easier. In the standard state, they cover a large height-adjustment range of 80 to 160 mm in screed height. A further benefit is that they are decouplable, so that they float in the screed. This avoids cracks in the neighbouring floor covering and screed.

Versatile in its applications

Whether cement screeds, poured asphalt, floating screeds or heated screeds – the EÜK system is suitable for all screed types and can be used in combination with a wide range of floor coverings. The sockets, data and multimedia connections can be installed flexibly using the OBO Modul 45 series.
