Telekom flagship store in Hamburg

Located centrally in Hamburg, the sustainable flagship store invites customers to linger, impressing with select materials and a design that reflects the Hanseatic City. The project is called “Waterkant” (waterfront), which can also be seen on the container walls.

Europe’s largest shop was presented on 875 square metres, revolving around the topic of water.

As a constant throughout the Telekom retail design, the “clear hull” conceptualised by LEPEL & LEPEL provides a frame for the entire interior with black ceilings and walls, making the magenta branding shine. One highlight is the magenta staircase connecting the two storeys.

With a new shop design, Telekom is focusing on sustainability and environmental awareness. The company uses sustainable raw materials, recycled furniture and furniture produced by local manufacturers. Lavish greenery on the ceiling enhances the ambience.
