Thanks to the cable support systems from OBO Bettermann, cables can be laid concealed, ensuring that all miniature trains and aircraft are supplied with power and data.
Miniatur Wunderland Hamburg – OBO Bettermann in the warehouse district
A space with 5,278 buildings, 157,000 trees, 11,080 cars and 48 planes in a total model area of 1,694 square metres? Look no further than the Miniatur Wunderland in Hamburg’s Speicherstadt warehouse district.

The exhibit features over 16 kilometres of tracks, with more than 1,200 digitally controlled trains.
As you explore the premises in the warehouse district, you can travel from the US to Austria, on to Central Germany, through Italy, even watching the hustle and bustle in Rio’s Copacabana, all within minutes.
Digitally controlled trains, animated dolls and planes taking off have to be supplied with power and data. Cables had to be installed in the tightest of spaces, while remaining virtually invisible. This is where the Cable support systems from OBO Bettermann come into play.
Under the ceiling you will find metres of RKS-Magic®, sections, which are not only quick and easy to install thanks to the connection system, but that also ensure reliable cable connections.
